
Sellers:
- radioshowroom.com only accepts collectible antique radios for listings. Final determination of what may not be listed is made by radioshowroom.com
- Becoming a radioshowroom.com seller requires submitting an application and paying a $25 fee. Included in the fee is the initial listing of up to 5 radios and the setting up on an "about" page for the seller. Radios included in the initial fee must be submitted for publication at the same time.
- Radios submitted after the initial listings require a $5 listing fee for each radio.
- A 5% commission (minimum $5) of the published sale price up to $1000 is charged when a radio is sold (2.5% for any amount over $1000). A $5 credit for the listing fee will be deducted from the amount payable.
- Sellers agree to respond to buyer inquiries within 5 business days.
- Sellers agree to accurately describe radios they offer for sale and to include only photos of the actual radio being sold. Sellers agree to accept returns in the same condition as shipped of any radio not accurately described and to give the buyer a full refund.
- Sellers agree to promply notify radioshowroom.com when a radio is sold.
- Sellers understand that the commission is due when a radio sells, even if it sells it through another venue.
- Sellers agree to hold harmless radioshowcase.com from any liability in transactions initiated through the radioshowroom.com website.
Buyers:
- radioshowroom.com is an advertising listing service only and is not reponsible for individual transactions entered into between parties.
- Buyers agree to hold harmless radioshowcase.com from any liability in transactions initiated through the radioshowroom.com website.
